Tortellini Alfredo with Peas and Bacon
1 pkg. (9 oz.) Refrigerated Spinach Cheese Tortellini, cooked and drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
4 slices lean bacon, coarsely chopped
1 container(10 oz.) Refrigerated Alfredo Sauce
1/2 cup green peas, cooked
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 topping of shredded Parmesan cheese, (optional)
Cook onion, mushrooms and bacon in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until bacon is crisp; drain.
Add pasta, sauce, peas and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute. Serve with shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serves 4
