Strawberry Ice Cream

2 cups unsweetened strawberry pulp
2 cans (12 fl. oz. each) evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt

Combine strawberry pulp, evaporated milk, sugar, lemon juice and salt in large bowl. Pour into ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Any fruit or berry may be used. If using sweetened frozen berries, reduce sugar to 1/2 cup. Makes 2 quarts
