Mister Funny Face Cupcakes

1 pkg White Cake Mix
3 large egg whites
1/3 cup oil
1-1/4 cups water
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
Whole pecans
Small fruit flavored decors
1 quart fresh strawberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour muffin cups or line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups.

Combine dry cake mix, egg whites, oil and water in large mixing bowl. Prepare cake according to package directions. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes. (Remove liners if used.)

Turn each cupcake upside down on dessert plate. Place one scoop ice cream on top. Decorate ice cream as face, using whole pecans for ears, purple for eyes and red or pink candies for mouth. Spoon strawberries around bottom of cupcake; place one strawberry half on top as hat. Makes 24 cupcakes.
