Roast Beef Pinwheels

1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
4 flour tortillas (10 inches)
1/2 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef

In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, salad dressing mix and garlic. Stir in onions. Spread over tortillas; top with beef.

Roll up tightly. Cut into 1-in. pieces; secure with toothpicks. Chill until serving. Discard toothpicks before serving. Makes about 3 dozen.
