Pop-Up Rolls
1-1/2 cups self-rising flour
3/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
In a bowl, stir together all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Fill greased muffin cups half full. Bake at 375° for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 9 rolls. Editor's
Note: As a substitute for 1-1/2 cups self-rising flour, place 2-1/4 teaspoons baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon salt in a measuring cup. Add all-purpose flour to measure 1 cup. Combine with an additional 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
