Parmesan Pasta and Corn
8 ounces uncooked small shells pasta
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper, diced
1/4 cup butter
3-1/3 cups fresh or frozen corn, thawed
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, saute the onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add the pasta, corn, salt and pepper; heat through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 10 servings.
