Sweet Surprise Grilled Cheese

2 slices cinnamon raisin bread
2 teaspoons butter
2 cheese singles

Toast bread; spread with margarine. Top margarine side of 1 of the toast slices with Singles; cover with remaining toast slice, margarine-side down. Microwave on high 20 to 25 seconds or until Singles are melted. Cut into triangles. Wrap in foil. Makes 1 serving

Serve with carrot sticks and your favorite Ranch Dressing for dipping, along with 8 oz. milk for a kid-pleasing lunch.
