Bookworm Sandwich

1 (16.3-oz.) can Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
3 tablespoons grated or shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
1 lb. sliced meat, your favorite flavor
8 (1/2-oz.) slices cheese, your favorite flavor
2 slices sweet pickles
1 pitted green olive, cut in half
1 ripe olive
2 small carrot sticks
Ketchup

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate dough into 8 biscuits; place biscuits 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 2 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Split each biscuit; fill with desired fillings. (Each sandwich can be different to suit child's taste.) Arrange sandwiches, sides touching, on serving platter in wavy line resembling worm.

Place pickles and sliced green olive on end sandwich to resemble "eyes" and sliced ripe olive for "eyebrows" and "nose." Use carrot stick for "feelers" and ketchup for mouth. Makes 8 servings
