Party Cupcakes

1 box yellow cake mix
Water, oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
1 container (1 lb) creamy white frosting
24 ring-shaped hard candies or jelly beans
Assorted small colorful candies and sugars

Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups. Make cake mix as directed on box, using water, oil and eggs. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.

Bake 21 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Frost cupcakes with frosting.

Use ring candies as candleholders if desired. Decorate with assorted candies, if desired. Store loosely covered at room temperature. makes 24 cupcakes
