Happy Face Pizza

6 sticks (1 oz. each) String Cheese
1 prebaked Italian pizza crust (12 inch)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
14 slices Pepperoni

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Pull string cheese into thin strips. Spread pizza crust with sauce; top with cheese. Arrange pepperoni slices on top of pizza to resemble a smiling face. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into 8 slices to serve. Makes 8 servings

Substitute 4 English muffins, split and toasted, for the pizza crust. Spread each muffin half with 1 tablespoon of the pizza sauce; top evenly with cheese. Arrange pepperoni slices on top of pizzas.

Place on microwaveable plate. Microwave on high1 minute or until cheese is melted. Makes 8 servings, 1 pizza each.
