Curry Chicken Salad - Curryhahn Salat
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 red apples, diced
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
2 cups shredded or cubed cooked chicken
Whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, curry, salt, and pepper together in a large serving bowl until well blended. Add the remaining ingredients. Toss to mix and coat. Serve on lettuce-lined plates.
