Creamy Garlic Dressing
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 large garlic clove, minced
Salad greens
In a small bowl, combine oil, sour cream, heavy cream, vinegar, salt and garlic; stir until smooth. Chill. Serve over salad greens. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 1-2/3 cups.
