1 round bread loaf (1-1/2 lb.)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 pkg. (10 oz.) Oven Roasted or Smoked Turkey Breast
6 American Cheese Slices
8 slices Ready to Serve Bacon
Sliced fresh vegetables, such as tomatoes, onions and bell peppers
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut 1/2-inch-thick slice off top of bread loaf; set aside. Hollow out interior of loaf. Reserve removed bread for making croutons or another use. Spread inside of bread loaf with mayo.
Fill bread shell with layers of half each of the turkey, process cheese and bacon; top with vegetables. Repeat layers of turkey, process cheese and bacon. Cover with top of bread; wrap in foil.
Bake 30 minutes or until sandwich is heated through and process cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 8 wedges to serve. Makes 8 servings
