Chocolate Peanut Butter Sundaes

2 (1-ounce) squares semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For sauce, in medium-sized saucepan, melt chocolate and peanut butter with condensed milk and milk over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Cool slightly. Scoop ice cream into 6 individual serving bowls. Drizzle with warm sauce. Top with desired toppings.

Notes: Toppings: Miniature candy- coated semi-sweet chocolate candies, chopped nuts and / or whipped topping, optional
