California Club Sandwich
12 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 pkg. (10 oz.) Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
1 medium avocado, peeled, thinly sliced
8 slices Bacon, crisply cooked
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
Spread 8 of the toast slices evenly with mayo. Cover each of 4 toast slices evenly with layers of turkey and avocado; top with toast slice without mayo, bacon, tomato and third toast slice, mayo side down. Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles; secure each triangle with toothpick. Makes 4 servings
