Orange-Cappuccino Bread

Measuring ingredients carefully is especially important in bread machine recipes. For perfect loaves, you need to use exactly what the recipes call for.

1 cup water
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
3 cups Better for Bread bread flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack. Makes 1 slice (1 1/2 pounds), 12 slices
