Twice Baked Potatoes

4 baking potatoes
1/2 cup Kraft Ranch with Bacon Dressing
1/4 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream
2 tablespoons chopped chives
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up, divided

Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Slice off tops of potatoes; scoop out centers, leaving 1/8-inch shells. Mash potatoes. Add dressing, sour cream and chives; beat until fluffy.

Spoon into shells; top each potato with 1/4 of the prepared cheese product. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings
