Double-Fruit Shakes
4 cups vanilla fat-free yogurt
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen sweetened strawberries or raspberries, partially thawed
2 medium bananas, sliced (2 cups)
Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Makes 8 servings
Variation: Turn this into a Double Fruit Parfait by layering the yogurt-and-fruit mixture with fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries in a tall glass.
