Banana Split Sundaes
2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 pint vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons peanuts, chopped
2 bananas
Place semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2 to 3 minutes, or until melted, stirring once. Stir in light corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until heated through. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm on top of ice cream. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and arranged quartered bananas around the ice cream. Serving Size 4
